Affiliate Agreement

The Affiliate Agreement below sets forth the terms and conditions between skillmustmeinfo.com (“we,” “our,” “us”) and the affiliate (“you,” “your”) who becomes a member of our affiliate marketing program.

By registering or promoting any of our products, links, or content, you are agreeing to be bound by the provisions in this agreement. You will receive a unique referral link or code to promote skillmustmeinfo.com or our recommended products. Commissions will only be paid for qualified sales generated through your unique link.

Commission rates, payment schedules, and tracking details will be communicated during your onboarding or via your affiliate dashboard. All payments will be made through the agreed method, such as bank transfer, PayPal, or UPI. Affiliates should not employ deceptive marketing, misleading statements, or immoral advertising practices. Spam, fake reviews, and unauthorized methods of promotion are totally prohibited and can result in instant dismissal.

You are solely liable for ensuring your promotional material is compliant with all relevant laws and platform policies (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.). We have the right to accept or reject any affiliate application or partnership at our discretion.

We do not permit affiliates from mimicking skillmustmeinfo.com, replicating our branding, or falsely representing association without written agreement. Commissions are only granted on successful transactions that are not refunded or disputed. If a customer requests a refund, the commission will be withdrawn or deducted.

We can modify the terms of this affiliate agreement, commission rates, or program structure without notice. We will notify affiliates about significant updates. By continuing to promote following any updates, you agree to the updated terms by default.

You hereby agree to indemnify and keep skillmustmeinfo.com indemnified from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may result from your affiliate activities. Either party is free to terminate this agreement at any time for or without cause. On termination, all undisbursed commissions will be paid on our standard schedule if they are qualified.

This agreement shall be construed in accordance with Indian law. Any controversy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana, India.
